global warming
Newsweek December 3 2007 in an article by Sharon Begley presented a new idea to me
about the impending carbon dioxide critical stage of our atmosphere. Apparently we could build treatment plants to remove hydrochloric acid from seawater which would make oceans less acidic and more able to absorb CO2. 100 plants could cut down the CO2 entering the atmosphere by 15 percent and 700 could offset all emissions.Appeals to me because it is a sytem that can be adjusted as needed. Thoughts by anyone? -ed
